Reception
Your comfort is our priority. Visit us on the ground floor or call directly from your room anytime. We're available 24/7 to assist with questions, requests, and local recommendations.
Housekeeping
Comfort and sustainability go hand in hand. Guestrooms are refreshed after every third night of your stay as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact. If you'd like additional service in between, contact reception or scan the QR code card placed on your bed upon arrival. For same-day requests, please submit them by 10:00 am through reception.
WiFi
Stay connected throughout your stay. Access our WiFi network using your last name and room number. Alternatively, use CYBREMEN as the access code in the grey login field.
Laundry Service
Fresh and ready when you need it. Professional garment cleaning is available during your stay through an external provider. Laundry bags and a detailed price list can be found in your room wardrobe. Items handed in at reception before 8:00 am will be returned the same day. Please note that the service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Guest Amenities
Everything you might need, available upon request. Additional amenities, including a dental kit, shower cap, comb, shaving kit, bath slippers, and bath salt, are available at reception.
Fitness Center
Keep up with your routine while traveling. Our fitness center is open 24/7, giving you the flexibility to work out whenever it suits your schedule. A selection of cardio and strength-training equipment, including treadmills, elliptical trainers, dumbbells, and barbells, is available throughout your stay to support your fitness goals. You'll find the essentials for every workout.
Wake-Up Call
Never miss an early start. Wake-up calls are available upon request and can be arranged at your preferred time through reception, whether for business or leisure. Our team is always happy to help.
Tap Water
Stay refreshed throughout your stay. Bremen's tap water is safe to drink and meets Germany's strict drinking water standards. You'll also find complimentary infused water in the lobby, perfect for refilling your bottle or enjoying a refreshing glass. If you prefer sparkling water, it's available in your in-room minibar and at Lloyd's Bar for an additional charge.
ARRIVING LATE?
No problem. Your room keycard provides 24/7 access to the hotel. If you don't have your keycard with you or it isn't working, ring the bell and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Please note that the two main entrances are locked from 11:00 pm onwards, while access from the parking areas always requires a room keycard.

A BUILDING WITH A STORY
Originally built in 1913 as part of Bremen's historic Lloyd Building, Courtyard Bremen is deeply connected to the city's maritime heritage. Located next to the central station, the building once served as the luggage department of the renowned Norddeutscher Lloyd shipping company and played a role in the journeys of millions of European emigrants heading to the New World.
Today, carefully restored and renovated, it combines historic character with modern comfort. Throughout the hotel, you'll discover historic photographs, display cabinets, and original architectural details that offer a glimpse into its remarkable past. If you look closely, you may even spot initials carved into the brick walls of the lobby, a small reminder of the many stories this building has witnessed over the last century.
